All Nihl Road sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted, incorrectly ordered, or changed-mind purchases.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you must contact Nihl Road within 3 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs or other relevant information showing the issue. We may request additional information to evaluate the claim.
If we determine that a product arrived damaged or has a qualifying defect, Nihl Road may, at its discretion:

Send a replacement at no additional cost; or

Issue a refund for the affected product.
Refunds, when approved, will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Damage
If your package appears damaged when delivered, please document the condition of the package and product with photographs and contact Nihl Road within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Products cannot be returned or exchanged because of:

Normal variations in printing, finish, or appearance

Damage resulting from riding, misuse, modification, or improper handling
International Orders
All international sales are final. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other charges associated with international delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout.
